Acceptable Stay with Definite Downsides

wooden furnitureholding railsegg shell
I got a room, with wooden furniture. Everything was polished and looked classy. The floor was carpeted.
The receptionist put me in a room meant for a disabled person with holding rails in the bathroom. It felt dark and packed. I could not relax because trams run all day and police cars sounded sirens every 10 minutes. Breakfast included flies all over the food, and I found egg shell in the omelette.

A Charming Stay!

gluten-free breadspacious roomguided toursfriendly staff
Breakfast was diverse. I enjoyed the gluten-free bread option! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel offered guided tours to Zakopane. The bus picked us up nearby. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, I asked for something and they delivered.
The street-facing rooms experienced noise from trams. It was a bit disruptive. I'd recommend requesting a room away from the street to minimize this issue. Otherwise, I found everything else very nice and charming.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the train station and the old town. Both are within 600 meters! A tram stop is right in front of the hotel. It made getting around very easy, though the parking was expensive.
Service
9/10
The staff organized our inbound and outbound transfers with detail, they also managed changes. The breakfast service was quick. The staff removed finished plates promptly. I found the team worked efficiently. They were all very nice.
Rooms

The rooms were soundproof and so quiet with carpeting throughout. The soundproofing added to the relaxed atmosphere, it was great. Our room included fresh towels daily. The cleanliness was maintained to a high standard .

The breakfast was acceptable. There was a decent selection of items.
The room was quite noisy due to street traffic! the trams passing by were really loud, and it was difficult to sleep with the windows even slightly open. the pillows were also uncomfortable. i think they need replacing them. They felt lumpy and old.
